Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Store Credits
Refunds will be provided in the form of store credits, which can be used for future purchases and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of store credits within 10 business days.
Cash refunds will only be issued for items that are delivered in damaged condition.

Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange the size, please return the item and place a new order.
(To help prevent sizing issues and avoid returns, we kindly recommend checking the size guide provided under each product.)
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- Please note that a fee of ₹100/item will be charged for the return pickup.
- Items can only be returned if they are damaged or incorrect. Return pickup will be free of charge for damaged and incorrect items, provided you submit a detailed unboxing video.
- Items cannot be returned due to color, print, or design preferences.
- We kindly request a video of the package unboxing if you received the wrong product or if an item is missing, to ensure compliance with our return policy.
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been altered, customized, or damaged after receipt.
- Items labeled as sale or purchased with a gift card.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted unless the return request meets eligibility criteria.
Self-Return Process - Step by Step
We understand that sometimes items need to be returned, so we’ve implemented a convenient self-return feature. Here’s how you can initiate a return through your account:
Step 1: Log In to Your Account
Visit Indie Owl and log in using your registered email address and password. If you haven’t registered yet, you can create an account by following the on-screen instructions.
Step 2: Access Your Order History
Once logged in, navigate to your account dashboard, where you will find an option like "Order History" or "My Orders." Click on it to see a list of your past orders.
Step 3: Select the Order to Be Returned
Find the order containing the item you wish to return. Click on the order to view the details.
Step 4: Initiate the Return
Within the order details, look for an option like "Initiate Return" or "Return Items." Click on it to start the return process for the specific item.
Step 5: Choose the Return Reason
You will be prompted to select the reason for the return from a list of options. Please provide a brief explanation to help us understand your return request better.
Step 6: Select the Items to Be Returned
You will see a list of items from your order. Check the box next to the item(s) you wish to return. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, you can select all of them at once.
Step 7: Review and Confirm
Before submitting your return request, review all details, including the selected items, return reason, and your preferences. Ensure everything is accurate.
Step 8: Submit the Return Request
Once you are sure all information is correct, click the "Submit" or "Confirm" button to submit your return request. You will receive a confirmation message indicating that your request has been received.
Step 9: Await Approval and Instructions
Our customer support team will review your return request and provide further instructions via email, including the return address and any additional details you may need to complete the return.
